| Description: |
I am able to get used to changing environments very fast. This due to my strong technical background and communication skills. My focus is always customeroriented. In the past years, I've gained a lot of experience in small to medium sized companies. My ideal working environment would be on the edge of technology, engineering, customer and sales.
I can put myself to work for 110% percent with a clear goal, Working with people in multiple disciplines. My pragmatic and result-oriented approach can contribute in a very positive way tot the end-result of products, technologies and communities.
I like to organize things, like conferences, meetings and other events. Through my hands-on experience, I can make things happen. Working with communities (like the NL-JUG) and evangelizing Java is very thriving and gives me a lot of energy.

|
Matt Thompson, director of Sun Developer Network, says in a article on Java Developer's Journal, the idea is to build "a community of Java Champions that reflects the top echelon of contributors to the Java Community." And he goes further: "I look at these folks as the heroes of the Java platform ... These folks are truly both a wealth of knowledge for us to tap into, as well as a great resource to work with in making the Java platform easier to adopt worldwide."
