Personal Description
Description: I am able to get used to changing environments very fast. This due to my strong technical background and communication skills. My focus is always customeroriented. In the past years, I've gained a lot of experience in small to medium sized companies. My ideal working environment would be on the edge of technology, engineering, customer and sales.

I can put myself to work for 110% percent with a clear goal, Working with people in multiple disciplines. My pragmatic and result-oriented approach can contribute in a very positive way tot the end-result of products, technologies and communities.

I like to organize things, like conferences, meetings and other events. Through my hands-on experience, I can make things happen. Working with communities (like the NL-JUG) and evangelizing Java is very thriving and gives me a lot of energy.
